To ensure a smooth experience, please make sure your item meets the following conditions:
- Products can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery or purchase
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags and packaging must be intact
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
- Customized or sale items are not eligible for exchange or return
- Handmade articles may have slight variations, which are part of their uniqueness and not considered defects

- Our team will review and arrange a pickup from your doorstep
- Once approved, the replacement item will be shipped

👉 If your desired item is unavailable, you’ll receive a store credit voucher of equal value.

- Exchanges are accepted within 30 days from purchase
- Please bring the original receipt
- Items will be inspected before approval

- Same value product, OR
- Higher value product by paying the difference
